Velma is a gem. She's thorough, thoughtful and conscientious. She walked us through the process from start to finish, and always gracious when responding to our many questions. A better & more professional realtor cannot be found in Lubbock.

Velma helped us price our house for quick sale--less than one week. Before we listed, she showed us how to stage the house. After we accepted the buyer's offer, she held our hand and encouraged us through closing. She was fantastic!

Velma is by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She is enthusiastic, refreshingly honest and has the most diligent work ethic of any agent I have ever seen. From the beginning she was organized and thorough but wasn't pushy. Communicates very well with her customers and even continues to keep me up to date with the market. I really can't think of anything else I would expect out of a real estate agent and feel Velma provides a very honest, customer-first approach that is a rarity in today's real estate market.
